断して錐状にしたコーナーキユーブの切断面の背
後にレンズ付の光源を配置して一体化構造とした
自動追尾計測用ターゲツトと、レーザ測長器と視
覚センサをハーフミラーと全反射ミラーを用いる
ことによつて同一光軸上で計測する検出器とを具
備していることを特徴とする非接触３次元位置計
