  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板上面にグレーズ層が形成され、さらにこの
    グレーズ層の上部に発熱用抵抗膜、電極用の導体
    層、及び保護膜層が順次積層形成されてなるサー
    マルヘツドにおいて、 前記発熱用抵抗膜及び導体層に対し、前記保護
    層等の絶縁膜を挾んで上方に、静電気蓄積防止用
    の前記発熱用抵抗膜と均質の抵抗膜層を形成した
    ことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
