Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 温度制御手段を有するバレルと、このバレ
    ル内に回転および軸方向進退自在に挿嵌されたス
    クリユと、このスクリユを回転駆動する油圧モー
    タと、前記スクリユを軸方向に進退させる射出シ
    リンダとを有する射出成形機の射出装置において
    、 前記スクリユの後端は軸受ユニツトにより回転
    可能に支承されると共に、この軸受ユニツトは一
    対の射出シリンダにより軸方向進退移動するよう
    構成し、この射出シリンダは、その内部をピスト
    ンにより射出側室と戻り側室とに画成し、前記戻
    り側室に中央部に貫通孔を穿設したエンドカバー
    を装着し、前記貫通孔にプランジヤを摺動可能に
    挿嵌すると共にその一端をピストンヘツドに接続
    して射出側室の受圧面積を戻り側室の受圧面積よ
    り大きくなるよう構成することにより、射出工程
    中前記射出シリンダ内の射出側室および戻り側室
    に射出のための差動回路を形成することを特徴と
    する射出成形機の射出装置。 (2) 前記射出シリンダは、前記プランジヤおよ
    びエンドカバーを一組とし、それぞれ取付け取外
    し可能に構成した請求項１記載の射出成形機の射
    出装置。
