Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 工具本体に超高硬度焼結体層と超硬合金製
の基盤との積層材からなる刃部が設けられ、超高
硬度焼結体層の表面にすくい面が形成されるとと
もに、このすくい面の稜線部に切刃が形成されて
なる切削工具において、超高硬度焼結体層の厚さ
を０．０１〜０．２mmとしたことを特徴とする切
削工具。 (2) 前記超高硬度焼結体層を、次の組成からな
るダイヤモンド複合焼結体としたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の切削工
具。 ダイヤモンド ：粒径が２〜８μｍで９０〜９７体積％ 残り：Ｃｏ (3) 前記超高硬度焼結体層を、次の組成からな
るＣＢＮ複合焼結体としたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の切削工具。 ＣＢＮ：５０〜７０体積％ 残り：ＴｉＣ，ＴｉＮ，Ａｌ２Ｏ３からなる
群より選択された１つ以上の化合物を主体とする
セラミツクス。
