Claims (1)
- プリント基板の部品取付け面側に形成され、半
田付け後フラツクス等を除去する洗浄液が使用可
能な一次部品用の寸法のランド、上記プリント基
板の半田付け面側に形成され上記半田付け後のフ
ラツクス等を除去する洗浄液が使用できない二次
部品用の寸法を長径とし一次部品用の寸法を短径
とするランドを備え、上記両ランドに二次部品を
半田付けするようにしたプリント基板装置。
