The discharge air 2 from the air conditioner 1 installed under the floor passes through the seat duct 4 installed inside the seat 3, and then through the riser duct 6 provided on the inner door groove side of the side entrance 5 and the ceiling. The duct 7 in the shoulder section leads to a ceiling duct main body 9 installed over the entire length of the vehicle using a heat insulating composite panel 8 constituting the ceiling board.

Further, this discharged air 2 flows through the ceiling duct main body 9, and at the same time descends through the small duct 11 from the upper gap A of the partition plate 10, passes through the continuous slit 12, and is dispersed left and right by the wind guide 13, and becomes the ceiling discharged air. 1
4 is released over the entire length of the cabin, and returns to the air conditioner 1 as return air 19.

In order to equalize the ceiling discharge air velocity, the upper gap A is adjusted by the air volume adjusting member 15 at the upper end of the partition plate 10.
has been adjusted. This processing dimension is determined based on data confirmed by preliminary confirmation tests, and the data is shown in FIG. A is a shape with parallel dimensions A, b is a dimension A with the tip enlarged, and c is a dimension A with a tapered shape. As shown in the right half of Figure 5, the shape of c is optimal for wind speed. I understand that. Therefore, the ceiling duct gap size of the present invention is processed into the shape of c to supply the ceiling discharge air 14.

Note that this air volume adjustment member 15 is connected to a vertical portion whose height is changed so as to taper the gap between the inner wall of the ceiling duct body 9 and the inner wall of the ceiling duct body 9 via a gap maintaining member for maintaining a predetermined distance. The height of the vertical part can be changed arbitrarily by cutting, and dimensioning is easy.

Since the longitudinal members for the continuous slit 12 and the wind guide 13 are provided over the entire length of the cabin, one end is inserted into the insertion part 16 provided at the lower end of the partition plate 10 in order to facilitate installation, and the other end is inserted into the insertion part 16 provided at the lower end of the partition plate 10. It has a simple structure in which it is fixed to the ceiling with machine screws 17.

According to this embodiment, by providing a partition plate in the ceiling duct body, the small duct is divided and formed, a tapered gap can be formed between the partition plate and the inner wall of the ceiling duct body, and the opening of the small duct is The entire ceiling duct can be configured by installing a wind guide that covers the entire ceiling. Therefore, there is no need to provide a special member for obtaining a uniform wind speed distribution, and the configuration is simple. Furthermore, since the gap between the air volume adjustment part of the partition plate and the inner wall of the ceiling duct body is tapered, the temperature distribution in the cabin can be evened out. Further, the air volume adjusting section of the partition plate can be easily worked by simply changing its height continuously, and the work is easy because it is attached via a spacing member.
