Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the comfortable air conditioning by preventing passengers to be directly exposed to the conditioned air by arranging a main duct, setting a ceiling surface and a step difference part in the car body longitudinal direction of a car compartment ceiling part, and by opening a discharge port for discharging the conditioned air along a ceiling surface on the step difference part. CONSTITUTION:A main duct 1 installed in the car body longitudinal direction on the ceiling part of a car compartment is constituted of an upper plate 2 installed onto the skeleton members of a roof part, roof longitudinally laid members 3 installed on the roof part, and a duct panel 4 whose surface forms a ceiling surface. Panel supporting metals 6 are installed onto the both sides of the duct panel 4, and the duct panel 4 is supported by setting a step difference so that the ceiling surface of the surface of the panel 4 is set lower than a ceiling surface 7 installed on the car body side. A ventilating hole 12 for supplying the conditioned air which is supplied through the main duct 1 into the car compartment is formed on the vertical surface of the panel supporting metals 6. Further, an edge closing plate 9 for dispersing the conditioned air which is discharged through the ventilating hole 12 is installed on the panel supporting metals 6.

Conventional air-conditioning ducts installed in the ceiling of a guest room are configured to discharge conditioned air from a continuous groove formed flush with the ceiling surface. Therefore, the direction of sucking out the conditioned air was vertically downward. Further, the duct was housed within the ceiling surface, and the ceiling surface was configured to be substantially flat.

In the above-described conventional technology, the conditioned air discharged from the continuous groove during heating operation of the air conditioner may give a feeling of draft to passengers. In other words, if the temperature of the conditioned air is relatively low and the flow velocity is high, if the conditioned air directly hits the passenger,
Passengers were at risk of feeling chilly. Not enough consideration was given to the direction in which conditioned air was discharged. In addition, a continuous groove was exposed on the ceiling surface, and the ceiling was not safe to simplify.

The above purpose is to provide a main duct which is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the car body in the ceiling of one passenger cabin and has a step with the passenger ceiling surface, and a main duct which is opened at the step between the existing duct and the passenger ceiling surface and is supplied by the main duct. This is achieved by an air conditioning duct system that includes a discharge port that discharges conditioned air along the ceiling surface.

In the figure, 1 is a main duct installed in the longitudinal direction of the car body in the ceiling of the passenger compartment, the top surface is a top plate 2 attached to the frame member of the roof part, the side faces are roof longitudinal members 3 installed in the roof part,
The lower surface is constituted by a duct panel 4 whose surface becomes the ceiling surface. Reference numeral 5 denotes a partition plate provided to prevent the middle part of the duct panel 4 from hanging down. Reference numeral 6 denotes panel supports that are attached to both sides of the duct panel 4 with adhesive or rivets, and the panel ceiling surface that forms the surface of the duct panel 4, that is, the ceiling surface, is lower than the ceiling surface 7 formed on the vehicle body side. The duct panel 4 is supported by providing a step so that the following is achieved. The panel support 6 is attached to the roof stringer 3 by fixing screws 8. In addition, the panel support 6 has a main duct l on the vertical plane.
A ventilation hole is provided for supplying the conditioned air supplied by the ventilation hole into the cabin, and furthermore, a panel mounting bracket 6 is provided to disperse the conditioned air discharged from the ventilation hole well.
An end cover plate 9 is attached to cover the vertical surface of the pipe. The chain end blocking plate 9 is fixed by fitting into a fitting groove formed in the panel mounting bracket 6, and its end is curved to form a gap 11 of a constant size H between it and the ceiling surface 7. It has become.

In such a configuration, conditioned air discharged from the air conditioner is sent through the main duct 1 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The air is supplied to the passenger room from the ventilation hole ν formed in the panel mounting bracket 6 of the main duct 1. At this time, the conditioned air discharged from the ventilation hole ν is discharged along the ceiling surface 7.

The wind speed is relatively high. This conditioned air is guided into a space formed by the panel mounting bracket 6, the ceiling surface 7, and the end cover plate 9, where its flow velocity is suppressed and supplied to the guest room through the gap U. Therefore, since the opening area of the gap H is wider than the opening area of the through hole, the flow velocity of the conditioned air is reduced. Moreover, the discharge direction of the conditioned air is along the ceiling surface 7.

According to this configuration, the discharge direction of the conditioned air supplied from the main duct l into the cabin is along the ceiling surface 7, so that it does not directly hit the passengers and does not give the assassin a draft feeling. I have nothing to give.

Further, by providing the cover plate 9, the cover plate 9 and the ceiling surface 7. Since the conditioned air is discharged from the gap U having an opening area wider than the ventilation hole ν through the space formed by the panel mounting bracket 6, the flow velocity of the conditioned air can be kept low. Therefore, even if the flow velocity of the conditioned air is reduced, the draft feeling given to the passengers can be suppressed.

Furthermore, by providing the end blocking plate 9, the ventilation hole ν
The appearance of the cabin is improved by preventing the air from being exposed, and the chain end blocking plate 9 prevents noise from flowing conditioned air or noise from the air conditioner from propagating into the cabin. Further, by shifting the chain end blocking plate 9, the opening area can be adjusted, so the discharge amount of conditioned air can be easily adjusted.
