Claims (1)
- ロボツトアームに固定するアームプレートと、
このアームプレートに対面して設けられ、中心部
にこのアームプレートの側から反対面に向つて絞
り込むテーパ状の穴を有し、ロボツトハンドを取
付けるハンドプレートと、このハンドプレートと
前記アームプレートとを連結し、このハンドプレ
ートのテーパ状の穴を中心とする円周上に等配さ
れ、水平方向にのみ変形可能な弾性体からなる３
個のマウンタと、前記アームプレートに固定され
アクチユエータロツドの先端を前記ハンドプレー
トの穴に到達するまで直進駆動させるアクチユエ
ータと、前記アクチユエータロツドの先端に固定
され前記ハンドプレートのテーパ状の穴に嵌る円
錐形のコマと、前記ロボツトアームの移動中は前
記アクチユエータを駆動して前記円錐形のコマを
前記ハンドプレートの穴に定着させる制御部とを
有することを特徴とする自動調心機構。
