面図、第５図は正特性サーミスタの温度と抵抗率
との関係を示すグラフである。 １１は正特性サーミスタ、１２は可撓性支持板
、１３，１４は可撓性電極板、１８は可撓性外装
である。

Claims (1)
- 発熱体としての複数の正特性サーミスタと、各
正特性サーミスタを両端部が相対する表面側に露
出するように支持する可撓性支持板と、各正特性
サーミスタの両端部に接触するように可撓性支持
板の両側に沿つて配置され、少なくとも一方に各
正特性サーミスタと非結合状態とされた１対の可
撓性電極板と、絶縁性を有し、上記１対の可撓性
電極板を被覆する可撓性外装とが備えられている
ことを特徴とする面状ヒータ。
