熱体の一実施例を示す斜視図であり、同図ｂは、
第１図ａのＡ−Ａ断面図である。第２図は、本考
案の実施例に用いた正特性サーミスタの斜視図で
ある。第３図及び第４図は、第１表をもとにして
電圧の変化に対する電流値、表面温度の変化の様
子をグラフ化したものである。第５図及び第６図
は、従来の正特性サーミスタ発熱体の一例を示す
断面図である。第７図は、従来の正特性サーミス
タ発熱体に用いられていた正特性サーミスタの斜
視図である。 １…正特性サーミスタ、２…電極層、３…放熱
体、４…接着剤、５…電極板、６…絶縁板、７…
ボルト、８…ナツト。

- 一対の電極を平板状の正特性サーミスタにて挾
持し、前記正特性サーミスタの少なくともいずれ
かの面に放熱体を設けたことを特徴とする正特性
サーミスタ発熱体。
