Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ２個の正特性サーミスタの対向面間に共通
電極板を挾持し、この正特性サーミスタの非対向
面を弾性体電極板で両側から押圧挾持して絶縁性
支持台に配設固定し、絶縁性ケースを被せてなる
正特性サーミスタ装置において、前記共通電極板
の電極面積が前記正特性サーミスタの電極面積と
近似であることを特徴とする正特性サーミスタ装
置。 (2) 共通電極板外周の一部に、絶縁性支持台と
絶縁性ケースに当接する突起を設けてなる特許請
求の範囲第１項記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (3) 共通電極板の端子導出部に孔を設けてなる
