- 片面もしくは両面に複数の突起を有する共通電
極板を正特性サーミスタ素子で挾持し、これらを
弾性体電極板で押圧挾持して絶縁性支持台に起立
支持固定し、絶縁性ケースを被せ封止してなる正
特性サーミスタ装置。
