Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数個の正特性サーミスタを、間にバネを
介在させて重ね合せ、弾力的に支持したことを特
徴とする正特性サーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記正特性サーミスタは、厚み方向に多数
の貫通孔を形成すると共に、厚み方向の両面に電
極を形成したものでなり、その複数個を、厚み方
向に重ね合せたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (3) 前記バネは、隣り合う前記正特性サーミス
タの周辺部で前記電極に共通に対接する電極板で
なることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
２項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。
