部分図、第２図はフレキシブルヒータの一部を破
断して示す斜視図、第３図は正特性サーミスタの
温度と抵抗率との関係を示すグラフ、第４図は従
来例の概略縦断面図である。 １は可撓性支持板、２は正特性サーミスタ、５
，６は導電性フイルム（可撓性導電層）、７は可
撓性被覆層である。

Claims (1)
- 絶縁性を有する可撓性支持板と、両端部が可撓
性支持板の相対する表面に露出するように可撓性
支持板内に埋め込まれた熱源としての複数の正特
性サーミスタと、各正特性サーミスタの両端部に
接触するように可撓性支持板の相対する表面にそ
れぞれ設けられ、各正特性サーミスタに給電を行
う１対の可撓性導電層と、絶縁性を有し、上記１
対の可撓性導電層を被覆する可撓性被覆層とが備
えられていることを特徴とするフレキシブルヒー
タ。
