Abstract

PURPOSE:To give gas permeability to an instep and make it hard for deformation to occur by heating an instep lining material which forms an instep member installed on a sole member and which is formed with felt composed of specific mixed raw materials to a specific temperature in a heating environment and then, pressurizing and cooling same by means of a cooling mold. CONSTITUTION:A material in which a base material 2 is laminated on the bottom face of a felt type body 1 composed of the mixed raw material of a low melting point synthetic fiber and a high melting point synthetic fiber is cut to form an instep lining material 3, on top of which an instep surface material 3' of cloth is stuck to form an instep member 4. A heel portion core 16 and an inner sole member 7 are superposed on a main sole 15 and the instep material 4 is superposed on the front half portion of the inner sole member 7 and the edges of the members are oversewed. After that, the whole is heated to a temperature in the vicinity of the melting point of the low melting point synthetic fiber in a heating environment 20 and then, taken out of the heating environment 20 after this heating while bringing a cooling bottom force 21 into contact with the inside/outside of the instep member 4 which is still in a heated condition to cool same to a defined temperature and, after cooling, the cooling bottom mold 21 is removed to obtain a finished product.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an upper member having a solid material made of felt made of a mixed raw material of low melting point synthetic fibers and high melting point synthetic fibers, which is fixed to a bottom member and then heated in a heating environment. The solid material is heated to a temperature near the melting point of the above-mentioned low melting point synthetic fiber, and then, while the solid material is in the heated state, the upper member is cooled by pressurization and cooling with a cooling mold to cool the upper member. It is designed to be molded.

Since the upper obtained according to the present invention is made of a solid material obtained from felt, it has sufficient air permeability, and while the solid material is in a heated state, the upper member can be pressurized and cooled by a cooling mold. Since the product is cooled by a long distance, it has the advantage of being able to reliably produce products that have excellent moldability and are resistant to deformation.

To explain embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings, first, about 1
Composite of polypropylene treated at 20℃ and polyethylene treated at about 165℃ (ES fiber) and 170℃
The material obtained by laminating the fabric (2) on the bottom surface of the felt-like body (1) obtained by making the raw material mixed with polyester treated with polyester into a felt shape using a needle punching method and then heat-melting it at 110 to 130°C. A solid material (3) is formed by cutting, and a cloth inner material (3)' is laminated on the upper surface of this solid material (3) to form an upper member (4). An insole member (7) is constructed by cutting a material obtained by laminating the fabric (6) on the upper surface of the felt-like body (5) obtained by the above-mentioned needle punch manufacturing method, and this insole member (7)
Immediately after heating the insole member (7) to 80 to 130°C in a heating environment, the insole member (7) is pressurized and cooled with a cooling mold (1 (l) consisting of an upper mold (8) and a lower mold (9), and It is molded into a shape with an upper surface aυ that fits the lower surface of the
Outsole (I9 and similarly heel core C16) are constructed by wrapping the outer skin α made of cloth, leather, etc., and then the outsole α
Place the heel core C161 on top of the heel core C161 and the insole member (the force is on top of the insole member (7), and place the instep part on top of the front half of the insole member (7), and place the material (4) on the instep part). When polymerized using a hanging machine (not shown), the outsole a9, heel core aF3, insole member (7), and instep member (
4) The binding thread (181) is sewn together, then removed from the instep hanging machine, heated to 80-130"C in a heating environment, and after this heating, taken out of the heating environment. Even if the lower mold Cυ for cooling is moved inside and outside of the instep member (4) while the instep member (4) is in a heated state,
is cooled to a predetermined temperature, and after this cooling, the lower cooling mold Q1J is removed to obtain a finished product.
