する成形型に表皮の表面側に当接するように配置し、該
表皮の表面側に深溝パターンを形成し、該深溝パターン
により表皮の裏面側に形成された複数の凹状部に夫々緩
衝材を表皮と非接合状態で挿入し、次いで緩衝材の裏面
側にホットメルトを介して裏打材を配置し、該裏打材を
加熱プレス成形することにより前記表皮の裏面側の深溝
パターンの底部と緩衝材の裏面画とに裏打材を接合させ
ることを特徴とする。

材及び裏打材一体の深溝パターンを有する表皮材を得る
ことができるものである。

溝パターンを鮮明に形成することができ、次いで緩衝材
の裏面側にホットメルトを介して裏打材を配置し、該裏
打材を加熱プレス成形したのでホットメルトが溶融し、
緩衝材と裏打材及び表皮の裏面側の深溝パターンの底部
と裏打材が夫々接合され、表皮と緩衝材及び裏打材一体
の十分な深さの深溝パターンを有する表皮材を簡易迅速
に得ることができ、皴等の発生のない外観の優れた表皮
材を得ることができるものである。
