Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the gas permeability of an inner sole and improve the fitness to foot by heating an inner sole material formed with felt composed of specific mixed raw materials in a heating environment and then, pressurizing and cooling same while in a heated condition by means of a cooling mold. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 2 is laminated on top of a felt type body 1 composed of the mixed raw materials of a low melting point synthetic fiber and a high melting point synthetic fiber, an the felt type material 1 is cut to form an inner sole material 2. Immediately after heating the inner sole material 3 in a heating environment, the inner sole material 3 is pressurized and cooled by means of a cooling mold 6 consisting of a top force 4 and a bottom force 5, and formed into a shape having a top face 7 which is fitted to the bottom face of a foot, to complete an inner sole 8. Thereupon, the inner sole of footgear of a scuff, etc., having good gas permeability while having good fitness to foot can be easily manufactured. Also, a product having very good moldability while hardly causing deformation can be surely manufactured.

The insole obtained by the former method described in the above conventional technique is made of open-cell foam, so it has excellent cushioning properties and is comfortable, but has extremely poor breathability, and the latter has excellent breathability and is uncomfortable. Although the shoes were good, they had some defects such as not fitting well to the feet because they were plate-shaped with a certain thickness.

In order to achieve the second object, the present invention heats an insole material made of felt made of a mixed raw material of low melting point synthetic fibers and high melting point synthetic fibers in a heating environment, and then heats the insole material in a heated state. Pressurize the cooling mold while it is still available.
It is designed to be molded into a shape with an upper surface that conforms to the lower surface of the foot after cooling.

[Embodiments] and [Operations] First, the embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
A composite of polypropylene treated at 20°C and polyethylene treated at about 165°C (ES fiber) and 170
Fabric (2) is placed on the top surface of felt-like body (1) obtained by making the mixed raw material of polyester treated with 'C into felt shape using the 21-dolno (milling process) and heat-melting it at 110-130℃. The felt-like body (1) is laminated and cut to form an insole material (3), and this insole material (3) is heated to 8o~130'C in a heated environment.
Immediately after heating the insole material (3), a cooling mold (6) consisting of an upper mold (4) and a lower mold (5) is used to pressurize and cool the insole material (3) to form an upper surface that fits the underside of the foot. The insole (8) is completed by molding it into a shape.

The present invention is a mixed raw material of low melting point synthetic fiber and high melting point synthetic fiber;
After heating an insole material made of felt in a heating environment, the insole material is compressed and cooled by a cooling mold while it is in a heated state, and has an upper surface that conforms to the underside of the foot. Since it is characterized by being molded into a shape that has good breathability and conforms to the feet, it is of course extremely effective in easily producing slippers and other footwear that have good breathability and conform to the feet. Since the mold is pressurized and cooled using a cooling mold while it is still in this state, it has the advantage of being able to reliably produce a product that has excellent moldability and is resistant to deformation.
