A composite of polypropylene treated at 20°C and polyethylene treated at about 165°C (ES fiber) and 170
Fabric (2) is placed on the top surface of felt-like body (1) obtained by making the mixed raw material of polyester treated with 'C into felt shape using the 21-dolno (milling process) and heat-melting it at 110-130℃. The felt-like body (1) is laminated and cut to form an insole material (3), and this insole material (3) is heated to 8o~130'C in a heated environment.
Immediately after heating the insole material (3), a cooling mold (6) consisting of an upper mold (4) and a lower mold (5) is used to pressurize and cool the insole material (3) to form an upper surface that fits the underside of the foot. The insole (8) is completed by molding it into a shape.

After heating an insole material made of felt in a heating environment, the insole material is compressed and cooled by a cooling mold while it is in a heated state, and has an upper surface that conforms to the underside of the foot. Since it is characterized by being molded into a shape that has good breathability and conforms to the feet, it is of course extremely effective in easily producing slippers and other footwear that have good breathability and conform to the feet. Since the mold is pressurized and cooled using a cooling mold while it is still in this state, it has the advantage of being able to reliably produce a product that has excellent moldability and is resistant to deformation.
