に製造できる利点がある。In the present invention, a heel core material made of felt made of a mixed raw material of low melting point synthetic fibers and high melting point synthetic fibers is heated in a heating environment to a temperature near the melting point of the low melting point synthetic fibers. It is characterized in that while it is in a heated state, it is pressurized and cooled by a cooling mold and molded into a shape with a concave upper surface that fits the underside of the heel, so it can be molded without using a foaming mold. Of course, it is extremely effective in manufacturing heel core materials, but in particular, the heel core material obtained by the present invention is made of felt and has excellent air permeability. Since the cooling mold is used to pressurize and cool the product, it has the advantage of being able to reliably produce a product that has excellent moldability and is resistant to deformation.
