(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The former insole in the above-mentioned conventional example has a sheet shape with a smooth surface, and has no effect on the sole of the foot. On the other hand, since the latter insole in the above-mentioned conventional example has a large number of convex portions formed on the surface, the convex portions have an action of stimulating the acupoints on the soles of the feet. However, there is a problem that the convex portion formed on the surface of the insole loses its shape and the effect is reduced.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the method for producing an insole for footwear such as slippers of the present invention comprises applying pressure to a sheet-like felt insole material with a heated mold. It is characterized in that after the unevenness is formed, the shape of the formed article is cooled to a predetermined temperature by using a cooling die and arranged.

After making the mixed raw material of the low melting point polyester treated at 110 ° C. and the high melting point polyester treated at 170 ° C. into a felt shape by the needle punching method, 110 ° C. to 130 ° C.
The cloth 1 ′ is laminated on the upper surface of the instep material 1 obtained by subjecting the instep material 1 to 10
The shape of the molded product 3 is shaped by using the instep hanging machine 2 heated to 0 to 150 ° C.
The instep member 5 is configured by arranging the insole member 5 and the insole material 7 laminated with a thick cloth 7'obtained in the same manner as the above instep material 1 is provided on the lower surface with a large number of concave holes 8 '. After being molded by being sandwiched between an upper mold 8 and a lower mold 9 having a flat upper surface and heated, the shape of the molded product 10 is cooled to a predetermined temperature by a cooling mold 11. To form an insole 12, and the insole 12 is further polymerized on the outsole 16 having the sponge core 14 and the outer skin 15 such as vinyl, cloth, etc.
The instep member 5 is superposed on the front half of the above, and the insole 12, the outsole 16 and the edges of the instep member 5 are sewn together with a thread 17 to obtain a finished product a.

The present invention embosses letters, trademarks, etc. on the instep and the insole by engraving in a mold, makes the upper surface of the insole the same shape as the curved surface of the sole of the foot, and the hem edge of the instep member 5. This can be carried out by forming the 5'inward flange shape, laying the insole simply so as to be replaceable, and using the cloth 1'7 'as cloth.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention forms unevenness by pressurizing a sheet-shaped felt insole material with a heated mold, and then forms the shape of the molded product with a cooling mold. Since it is characterized by cooling to the temperature of the inside, it has unevenness on the surface, which stimulates the acupoints on the soles of the feet and promotes blood circulation, so you can obtain a healthy insole Of course, in the present invention, the shape of the unevenness on the surface is strengthened by forming the unevenness and then shaping the shape of the molded product by cooling it to a predetermined temperature with a cooling mold. Since the collapse can be prevented, the effect of stimulating the acupoints on the soles of the feet can be maintained for a long time without decreasing.
