CONSTITUTION:A carrier tape has within a receiving box 2 a bonding stand 4 formed by projecting the bottom part of the box. Two-sided adhesive tape 7 attached to one side of a tape-shaped strippable paper is adhered to the back of a tape 1 and the two-sided adhesive of the tape is exposed from a window 5 formed on the top surface of the bonding stand 4. Small-sized electronic parts 8 are successively attached on the bonding stand 4 of the carrier tape thus formed, while unwinding the carrier tape from a reel. During this time, the small-sized electronic part 8 is placed on the bonding stand 4 in such a manner that the lead 8-1 thereof is positioned in a space between the inner wall of the receiving box 2 and the side wall of the bonding stand 4 and the electronic part is attached to the two-sided adhesive exposed from the window 5.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a method of taping and packaging small electronic components such as chip capacitors, ceramic capacitors, and resistors used in electronic devices such as computers. The present invention relates to a method for storing small electronic components in which the small electronic components are attached to a storage box provided on a tape strip and wound onto a reel. (Prior art) Diodes used in electronic devices such as computers,
Chip-shaped electronic components such as capacitors and transistors are generally packaged by storing them in a band-shaped tape body called a carrier tape and winding it onto a reel. In this method, there is a method of using a carrier tape, which is made of paper or plastic and has storage boxes of a predetermined size and sprocket holes provided at equal intervals. Another method is to use a tape in which a large number of storage holes are formed in a band-shaped tape body, and a tape with an adhesive layer is pasted on one side of the tape body to form the bottom. There is a method of adhering electronic components to the adhesive layer (see Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-157199, etc.). (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when using a storage box-type carrier tape, there are drawbacks such as the small electronic components stored therein protruding from the storage box or easily coming off, which is not desirable. In the case of a method in which electronic components are stored using a carrier tape that uses layered tape, the electronic components are adhered to the adhesive layer, so there is no possibility of M slipping off or positional displacement as in the box method. The scope of application of these taping methods is limited to items with short lead parts, and cannot be applied to items with long lead parts such as diodes and transistors. When taping electronic components with long lead parts One possible method is, for example, to make the carrier tape wider and thicker to make the storage hole larger, but since the lead part is made of ultra-thin wire, it may not come into contact with the wall of the hole. They are easily bent or deformed due to lead wires from adjacent components coming into contact with each other, so even if the storage box or storage hole is made larger, the lead wires cannot be prevented from deforming.Even if the lead wires are slightly bent, Since electronic components that have been bent or deformed are treated as defective products, especially for electronic components with long lead wires, a taping method that prevents the lead wires from bending or deforming is required. The purpose of this study was to propose a method for storing electronic components with long leads using carrier tape, which is suitable for storing electronic components with long leads. Means for Solving the Problem 1 The present invention uses a carrier tape that combines a method of storing electronic components in a storage box and a method of using tape with an adhesive layer to store electronic components without bending or deforming the lead portion. The purpose of this paper is to apply a double-sided adhesive tape to the back side of a tape body that has an adhesion stand with a window hole formed by protruding the bottom of the box into the storage box. This method uses a storage tape with double-sided adhesive exposed through the window hole to adhere small electronic components onto the adhesion stand of the storage box and wind them onto a reel. [Function 1] Figure 1 shows A plan view showing a part of the tape for storing small electronic components (hereinafter referred to as carrier tape) according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional front view taken along the line ■-■ in FIG. 1, and FIG. ■It is an enlarged longitudinal sectional side view on a line. That is, the carrier tape according to the present invention has storage boxes (2) provided at equal intervals in the center and a tape body ( In 1), the storage box (2) includes an adhesion stand (4) formed by protruding the bottom of the box. This adhesion stand (4) is formed at a height below the opening surface of the storage box (2), and has a window hole (5) for adhesion on the top surface.
) is installed. A reinforcing rib (6) is provided at the bottom between the side wall of the adhering table (4) and the inner wall of the storage box (2) so as to protrude from the bottom. Then, on the back side of the tape body (1) provided with the adhesion base (4) inside the storage box (2), a double-sided adhesive tape (with a double-sided adhesive applied to one side of tape-like release paper) After pasting, the double-sided adhesive is exposed through a window hole (5) made on the top surface of the pasting table. In this invention, the carrier tape having the above structure is wound on a reel. The carrier wound on this reel When storing a small electronic component (8) on the tape, the small electronic component (8) is pasted onto the tape pasting stand (4) while rewinding the carrier tape. Place the small electronic component (8) on the adhesive base (soil) so that the lead part mark-1) of the component (8) is located in the space between the inner wall of the storage box (2) and the side wall of the adhesive base (4). Glue the electronic component to the double-sided adhesive exposed through the window hole (5). In this way, the small electronic component (8) is pasted onto the pasting stand (4) of each storage box (2). , this is wound onto another reel and stored. When using small electronic parts wrapped in taping, the tape is unwound from the reel again, the parts are gripped by, for example, a chucking method, and the double-sided adhesive tape (7 ) is removed while peeling off the release paper. Note that the material for the carrier tape of the present invention is not particularly limited, but plastic is suitable in consideration of strength, workability, cost, etc. (Effects of the invention ] As explained above, according to the method of this invention, small electronic components can be stored floating in the storage box, which not only eliminates interference between components, but also eliminates interference between components, which is necessary for components with long lead parts. There is no bending or deformation of the lead portion of the electronic device. Therefore, the occurrence of defective products due to bending of the lead portion as in the past is almost eliminated. Also, since small electronic components are fixed with adhesive, Not only does it not stick out or come off easily, but the parts can be removed from the carrier tape with the double-sided adhesive still attached, eliminating the need for adhesives for temporary attachment. It also has the effect of simplifying and speeding up the work. It is also possible to automate the work of storing, taking out, and temporarily attaching small electronic components, which has a great effect on shortening the assembly and manufacturing time of electronic devices. As described above, the present invention not only allows small electronic components with long lead portions to be stored without damaging them at all, but also has advantages when it comes to taking them out and temporarily putting them on. , the effect on the manufacturing industry of computers and other electronic equipment will be enormous.
