断面図、第３図は型開きした時の断面図である。 尚図面中、１は基台、４は型締シリンダーユニ
ツト、５は射出シリンダーユニツト、６は固定金
型、１０は可動金型、１２は押出板、１３は押出
シリンダーユニツト、１４は本体、１５は摺動コ
ア、１６は中子、１６ａは筒体、１８はボアピン
、２０は冷却水通路孔、２３は吹付通路孔、２３
ａは開口、２７は離型剤吐出ガンを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 可動金型にウオータージヤケツト成形用の筒体
    を備えた中子を固着するとともに、この中子に該
    筒体内に臨むボアピンを設けたダイカスト金型に
    おいて、 前記ボアピンは筒体の軸方向に進退動可能とな
    るように中子に支持され、またボアピン内には前
    進した位置で筒体内側に開口し、後退した位置で
    中子によつて閉鎖される吹付通路孔を形成したこ
    とを特徴とするダイカスト金型の離型剤吹付装置
    。
