Claims (1)
- プラズマが作られるプラズマ室と試料が収納さ
れる試料室との間に、プラズマから荷電粒子を引
き出すプラズマ電極を金属フランジによつて保持
して設けた構造の荷電粒子照射装置において、前
記金属フランジのプラズマ電極との境界部におけ
る試料室側の端面を、試料室側に広がる形状にし
たことを特徴とする荷電粒子照射装置。
