In the above-mentioned conventional system, equipment in the hoistway is installed after the control panel is installed, so the control panel is used to drive and control the hoist motor in order to operate the car in upward and downward motion. However, if equipment in the machine room including the control panel is removed and new equipment is installed, or the installation of the power supply and hoisting machine is completed, that is, the power supply and hoisting machine are present in the machine room. It is still unresolved to be able to use a cage to perform the installation work at the time of the installation.

A feature of the present invention is the removal and new installation of an elevator used when removing and installing new equipment in the machine room and hoistway under the condition that the hoisting machine electric motor and three-phase power supply are present in the machine room. The car operating device is provided with a power input terminal connected to the three-phase power supply, a power output terminal connected to the terminal of the hoisting machine motor, and a position between the power input terminal and the power output terminal. In addition, there is a phase switching means inserted into two of the three phases to mutually switch phases between these two phases, and a rising operation electrically connected to this phase switching means via a relay and an extension cable. The operating status that operates when the push button switch for lowering operation, the push button switch for lowering operation, and the push button for raising operation or push lead for lowering operation are pressed, and notifies that the hoisting machine electric motor is being driven. The push-button switch for upward operation and the push-button switch for downward operation are attached to an operation box placed on the car, and the power input terminal, the power output terminal, the phase switching means, and the operation The status display means is housed in the main body of the driving device placed in the machine room, and the operation box and the main body of the driving device are electrically connected by the extension cable.

Because of the above configuration, when removing or installing a new elevator, place the operating device in the machine room, place the control panel on the car side, connect the power input terminal of the operating device to the three-phase power supply, and wind the power output terminal. By connecting each to the power terminals of the power supply for the upper machine, even when the control panel cannot be used due to removal, or when the control panel is not installed, work using the cage and the control panel in the machine room can be easily performed. The removal and new installation work can be carried out simultaneously. In addition, when the car is operated up or down, the car operation status display means attached to the operating device in the machine room operates, so the operation status of the car can be grasped even in the machine room. Safety during work can be ensured.

Next, after turning on the three-phase AC V power supply using knife switch 1, the AC power supply is turned on using knife switch 5.
Turn on the 100V power. Next, when the switch 6 is turned on, the indicator light 7 lights up. After that, when the push button switch 9 and the lift operation push button switch 11 are simultaneously pressed on the car 24 using the operation box 25, the buzzer 10
A sound sounds to notify the machine room 19 that the car is being operated, and the upward direction detection relay 2 is activated to move a 1 , 2a 2 , and 2a 4 into the elevator, causing the elevator to ascend at a low speed. When the push button switch 9 and the push button switch 12 for lowering operation are pressed at the same time, the buzzer 10 is activated.
sounds, the descending direction detection relay 3 is activated, and 3a 1 , 3
As a 2 , 3a 4 enter, the elevator descends at low speed. At this time, the normally closed contacts 2a 3 and 3a 3 act as a safety interlock. Thereby, equipment in the hoistway can be removed while operating the car, regardless of removal of control panels and the like in the machine room.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the car operating device of the present invention enables temporary operation even before the regular control panel can be used when a new elevator is being installed. Elevators can be used for installation to improve work efficiency. Therefore, in the case of demolition and new construction, there is the advantage that demolition work and installation work can be carried out simultaneously.
However, in the past, as shown in Figure 1, this is not possible when removing and constructing a new structure, which has the disadvantage of prolonging the construction period.
