A conventional installation method for an elevator driven by a winding hoist has been performed as described in JP-A-60-52483. That is, a scaffold is temporarily installed in the elevator hoistway, and by this, a permanent pulley is attached to the upper part of the hoistway, and from this hoisting machine hoisting machine installed in the machine room near the lower part of the hoistway via this permanent pulley. , The elevator main equipment is connected to this rope, and the main equipment is hoisted to a predetermined position by operating the hoisting machine.

By the way, the demand for elevators using a winding cylinder hoist is
Generally, most of the buildings are small. When building such a small building, since 100V power supply is sufficient except for elevator installation work, the original contractor often does not pull the 200V power supply used only for elevators until the building is almost completed. . For this reason, the elevator contractor has to independently turn off the temporary power supply for the elevator installation work, and has to adjust the work schedule of the contractor, which causes problems in terms of economy and efficiency.

Therefore, in the conventional installation method of elevators, in many cases, it is necessary to arrange a separate power source by the engine or assemble a temporary scaffold with a certain pitch along the hoistway.
The former had the problem of noise and high cost, and the latter had the problem of requiring a complicated procedure for temporary construction and removal of the scaffold.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an elevator installation method performed while moving a car frame along a guide rail erected in a hoistway, wherein a hoisting machine and the car are provided at a lower part of the hoistway. After assembling the frame, the car frame is suspended by the rope wound around the hoisting machine and the command from the operation switch provided on the car frame is transmitted to the hoisting machine. An operating cable for operating the brake is provided between the car frame and the hoisting machine hoist, and thereafter, the hoisting machine hoist is driven by manual winding to hoist the car frame to the top floor of the hoistway, The brake of the winding cylinder type hoisting machine is opened by operating the operation switch so that the car frame is sequentially moved downward to start the work.

Since the present invention is the installation work method as described above, the car frame can be lowered by its own weight by involuntarily opening the brake of the main body winding hoist with a 100V power source. Even in the field where the 200V power supply is not pulled in, you can perform various tasks using the car frame that is lowered by its own weight. Since the car frame is assembled at the lower part of the hoistway, the car frame can be easily assembled. Furthermore, since the assembled car frame can be raised by manual winding of the hoisting machine, the car frame can be raised without the time required for preparation and the equipment cost can be increased. Can be suppressed.

FIG. 1 is a work process diagram. First, as a first process, a temporary work floor is assembled on the uppermost floor of the hoistway. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the temporary work floor 3 is assembled with the materials brought to the uppermost floor of the hoistway. Next, as the second step shown in FIG. 1, the pulley is attached. In this, the pulley bracket 1 is attached using the temporary work floor 3 of FIG. 2 as a scaffold, and the permanent pulley 2 is attached to the pulley bracket 1. Then, as the third step in FIG. 1, the guide rails are erected.
That is, the guide rails 4 carried into the hoistway 6 from near the lower part of the hoistway 6 shown in FIG. Pull up by the amount corresponding to the length of the book. Then, the next guide rail is connected to the lower part of the hoisted guide rail 4, and the work of hoisting it to a height equivalent to one guide rail is repeated, and a pair of guides are provided on both sides of each floor entrance / exit 13. Set up rails.

The next fourth step is centering and fixing the guide rails.
The guide rail bracket 5 is used for centering and fixing to each floor of each floor entrance / exit 13. The next fifth step is car frame assembly, in which the permanent car frame 10 is assembled at the bottom of the hoistway. In parallel with this step, as a sixth step, a main body winding hoist 8 and a control panel 9 are installed in a machine room 7 formed near the lower part of the hoistway 6, and the main body winding hoist is installed. The main rope 11 is sent out from the machine 8, the main car frame 10 is suspended via the main pulley 2 as the seventh step, and the operation switch 14 provided on the main car frame 10 is the eighth step. After connecting the brakes of the main body and the main body winding hoist 8 with the operation cable 15, the temporary work floor 3 is disassembled in the ninth step, and the main car frame 10 is wound into the main body winding cylinder. A hand-wound handle is attached to the machine 8 and manually wound to the top of the hoistway. The state at this time is as shown in FIG.

According to the present invention, the car frame is sent from the hoisting machine and suspended by the rope hung on the pulley, and the brake of the hoisting machine is operated by operating the operation switch on the car frame. Since the car frame is lowered by its own weight by opening it in an incoordinated manner, the work on each floor is carried out. Therefore, even if the 200V power supply is not pulled in, a separate power supply is not provided, and a 100V power supply can be used. Elevator installation work can be performed. Further, since the car frame is assembled in the lower part of the hoistway, the work is easy and the assembling work can be performed safely and efficiently. Furthermore, since the car frame can be raised by manual winding of the hoisting machine, the work for preparation does not take time and the equipment cost can be reduced. It can be done easily and inexpensively.
