ブラスト機により前記製品からバリを除去する方
法の主なものとしては、(1)製品を回転容器に多数
個入れ、該容器を回転させて製品を反転させつゝ
投射材を浴びせて研掃する方法、あるいは(2)製品
をエンドレスコンベヤ、ターンテーブル等に乗
せ、該コンベヤ、テーブル等を移動させつゝ投射
材で研掃する方法などがある。しかし(1)の方法に
は、製品同志が接触・衝突するため製品の表面に
傷がついたり、場合によつては製品が欠けたり割
れたりする欠点がある。また(2)の方法には、一度
研掃した後製品を裏返しにして再度研掃しなけれ
ばならず能率が悪いという欠点がある。
