たシヨツト粒を効率よく清掃、除去できるコンベ
ヤ型シヨツトブラスト装置を提供することを目的
とするものである。以下に、本考案の構成を実施
例に基づき説明する。1は研掃室で、対向側壁面
における同一線上には、搬入・出口1a,1bが
それぞれ設けられている。2は研掃室1を貫通し
て両端を搬入・出口1a,1bから突設し、かつ
搬送される研掃ワークW上のシヨツト粒7が自然
落下できる角度で側方に下向傾斜させた無端状の
ベルトコンベヤで、ベルトコンベヤ2は1対のプ
ーリー3,3間に掛け廻わされ各プーリー軸4は
図示されない支持フレームに取付けられた軸受5
に回転可能に支持してあるとともに、一方のプー
リー軸4には、図示されない駆動モータ軸が連結
してあり、駆動モータの作動により、プーリー
3,3間を回転駆動されるようになつている。そ

て滞溜されることなくストツパ部材6の間を通つ
て下方の回収ホツパ(図示せず)内に自然落下
し、バケツトエレベータ8を介して上方のセパレ
ータ装置9に運ばれ、ここで粉塵と分離されたあ
と、再びタンク10及び供給管11を介して投射
装置12に供給され、再使用される。以下、前記

を効率よく清掃、除去できるとともに、省エネル
ギーになり、またスクレーパー装置やブロアー装
置等をわわざわざ別に設ける必要がなく、設備費
が安価になるなどの効果を有し、この種の業界に
寄与する効果は著大である。
