Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ メモリカードに電源供給回路を接続し、制御
    信号が送られるゲート回路の入力側に前記電源供
    給回路を分岐して接続し、前記電源供給回路にパ
    ワーオン信号が入力された場合に限り前記ゲート
    回路の入力側に送られる前記制御信号がそのゲー
    ト回路を通過しバツフアに送られるようにしたこ
    とを特徴とするメモリカード駆動回路。 ２ 電源供給回路と、バツフアとメモリカードと
    を結ぶバスとの間に、プルアツプ用素子を接続し
    たことを特徴とする請求項１記載のメモリカード
    の駆動回路。
