Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 通路における流体の流量を測定するための音
響流量計装置であつて、 音響路に沿つて前記流体を通して音響エネルギ
ーを放射するために導管に間隔をおいて別々に配
設されたトランスジユースを含んでいて前記流体
の速度を指示する速度指示回路と、 この速度指示回路と接続され、前記速度指示の
関数としてレイノズル数を変えて前記速度指示を
自動的に補償する補償回路とを備えた音響流量計
装置。 2 前記通路は円形管であり、前記音響路は前記
円形管の中心軸と交差している実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載の音響流量計装置。 3 前記補償回路は、前記速度指示を1以外の所
定べき乗に累乗し、その後、所定定数で修正する
ための演算回路を含んでいる実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項または第2項記載の音響流量計装置。 4 前記べき乗は1より大きい実用新案登録請求
の範囲第3項記載の音響流量計装置。 5 前記定数値は手動装置によつて選択可能であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第4項記載の音響流量
計装置。
