Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被検物体を保持する保持機構と、保持機構を
２軸方向に移動でき、その時の移動量を測定でき
るステージ機構と、ステージ機構の移動方向に対
して垂直方向に配置した１組以上の光フアイバー
センサと、光フアイバーセンサをステージの移動
方向に対して垂直方向に移動でき、その時の移動
量を測定できる移動機構と、光フアイバーセンサ
、ステージ機構及び、光フアイバーセンサの移動
機構からの電気信号の制御及び、演算処理を行な
う制御装置を配置したことを特徴とする非接触形
状測定装置。 ２ 第１項において、複数の光フアイバーセンサ
をステージの移動方向と同一方向に配列すること
を特徴とする非接触形状測定装置。
