ター用フイクスチヤーの組み立てと、そこに被検
査実装基板を固定する過程を示す斜視図、第２図
はその導電性ゴム板の一部を示す円内拡大図であ
る。第３図は同フイクスチヤーと被検査実装基板
を台板上に装着し、プレスした状態を示す正面図
である。第４図は従来のフイクスチヤー上に被検
査実装基板をプレスにより固定した状態を示す正
面図である。 ２６……フイクスチヤー、２８……導電性ゴム
板、３０……支持基板、３２……線状導電部、３
４……接触ランド、３８……被検査実装基板、４
６……部品。

Claims (1)
- 相互に離隔した多数の線状導電部を平行な両表
面に垂直方向に配置して含む絶縁ゴム板から成り
、厚み方向のみに導電性を有する導電性ゴム板と
、その導電性ゴム板の一方の表面と接触する被検
査実装基板の各測定ランドと同じ位置に、本体の
計測部と接続する接触ランドをそれぞれ対応させ
て設け、導電性ゴム板の他方の表面と接触する支
持基板とを具備することを特徴とするインサーキ
ツトテスター用フイクスチヤー。
