Claims (1)
- 排気中の酸素濃度を検出する酸素センサに一体
的に組込まれたヒータの電圧値を検出するヒータ
電圧検出回路と、ヒータの電流値を検出するヒー
タ電流検出回路と、前記ヒータ電圧検出回路及び
ヒータ電流検出回路の各出力信号を受けてヒータ
の抵抗値を演算する演算回路と、この演算回路が
演算した抵抗値を基に前記酸素センサの温度をほ
ぼ一定に保つよう前記ヒータの電流を制御するヒ
ータ電流制御回路とを有することを特徴とする酸
素センサの温度制御装置。
