As shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 114014, a method is known in which a decorative board is bonded by bonding a cut plastic sheet and a substrate so as to surround a core material having a polygonal cross section.

。<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the above-mentioned conventional manufacturing method, a part of a substrate of a certain thickness on which a decorative sheet is laminated is simply cut away in a groove shape, and an adhesive is applied to the cut surface. It is simply bent gradually and glued to the core material, and since the core material usually has a short cross-section and a flat surface to be bonded to the decorative sheet, the finished product (frame material, skirting board, and other features) The material used in this method is limited to those with a flat surface, and cannot be applied to, for example, the production of products with uneven patterns for decorative purposes or high-quality windows.

In the method for producing a decorative material in which adhesive is applied to the cut surface and then bent and bonded to the core material, at least one portion of the decorative sheet is bent on the opposite side of the cut surface of the substrate when the decorative sheet is folded; This method of manufacturing a decorative material is characterized by embedding an adhesive into the space between the core material and the core material.
以下、図面に基いて詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, a detailed explanation will be given based on the drawings.

As shown in the figure, the core material (6) having a rectangular cross section is bent so as to surround it, and at this time, the portion corresponding to the groove (8) at the location where the step (4) is formed adjacent to the thin wall portion (5). The decorative sheet (1) is folded inward, and the space (9) formed inside this folded portion is also filled with hot melt or foam type adhesive with a filling effect, and then the substrate (2
) and the core material (6) are bonded together using vinyl acetate adhesive.

A groove (3) is formed by cutting and removing a part of the substrate (2) in a V-shape from the back side (a) of the substrate (2) on which the decorative sheet (1) is laminated. hot melt type,
Alternatively, apply a foam-type adhesive with a filling effect to the core material (6)', which has a cutout (7) corresponding to the location where the step (4) is to be provided, as shown in Figure 4. At this time, the decorative sheet (1) is folded inward at the part (b) corresponding to the notch (7) of the core material (6).Then, the space formed inside this reversely bent part is A hot melt or foam type adhesive with a filling effect is embedded in the core material (6) and the substrate (2).
The contact surfaces are glued together using vinyl acetate adhesive.

Moreover, adhesive is embedded in the space between the reversely bent portion and the core material, so that the decorative sheet is reliably integrated with the core material even at the uneven portions.
