As shown in FIG. 1, in the conventional decorative panel of this type, the curvature of each part of the back surface of the decorative board 4 is approximately equal to the curvature of each part of the corner board 8 corresponding to the back surface of the decorative board 4 at the corner part 1. Therefore, a positional shift occurs by the thickness of the adhesive layer 5 existing between them, and the gap between the decorative board 4 and the corner board 8 becomes narrower at both ends than at the center of the corner section 1. was. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the adhesive layer 5 is formed only at both ends of the corner section 1, and a cavity 10 is likely to be formed in the center, causing cracks in the decorative board 4 in this area during use. The disadvantage is that it is easy to occur.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In the decorative panel according to the present invention, an adhesive layer 5 is applied over almost the entire surface of a decorative board 4 formed in a shape in which a vertical surface 2 and a horizontal surface 3 are integrally continuous through an arc-shaped corner portion 1. A substrate 6 is lined through the decorative board 4, and the substrate 6 is formed into a continuous form with a vertical substrate 7, a corner substrate 8, and a horizontal substrate 9 corresponding to the vertical surface 2, corner portion 1, and horizontal surface 3 of the decorative board 4, respectively. The distance between the corner portion 1 of the decorative board 4 and the corner substrate 8 is wider at both ends than at the center of the corner portion 1. In manufacturing the decorative panel, as shown in FIG. 3, a flat plate 11 is used, in which a wooden substrate 6 is adhered to the back surface of a decorative board 4 made of melamine resin. In a portion where the corner portion 1 is formed after the flat plate 11, a groove 12 is formed on the surface of the substrate 6 so that the substrate 6 and the decorative board 4 are not bonded together. To form the corner portion 1, first cut the portion corresponding to the groove 12 as shown by imaginary lines l and l' in the figure, and then cut off the portion of the substrate 6 between the grooves 12 and form the vertical substrate 7. Horizontal board 9
and form. Thereby, the decorative board 4 can be bent freely at the portion corresponding to the groove 12. When cutting the portion of the substrate 6 corresponding to the groove 12, some notches 13 are left at both widthwise ends of the groove 12 due to manufacturing errors. Next, the vertical substrate 7 is raised so that both the vertical and horizontal substrates 7 and 9 form a substantially L-shape, and the decorative board 4 in the portion corresponding to the groove 12 is curved to form the corner portion 1. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the decorative board 4 of the corner portion 1 is lined with a corner substrate 8. The corner board 8 has both vertical and horizontal boards 7,
The board 6 is integrally connected to the board 9, and the adhesive surface with the decorative board 4 is arc-shaped. The radius of curvature of the adhesive surface of the corner substrate 8 to the decorative board 4 is larger than the radius of curvature of each part of the decorative board 4 on the back side of the corner portion 1. The decorative board 4 and the corner board 8 are bonded together using hot melt adhesive. By pressing the corner board 8 against the decorative board 4 with the hot melt adhesive interposed between the decorative board 4 and the corner board 8 in this way, the hot melt adhesive is spread over the entire corner part 1 and the adhesive At the same time as forming the layer 5, it also flows into the notch 13 and forms the notch 13.
Fill it with. In order to completely fill the notch 13 with adhesive, the groove 12 of the substrate 6 is formed as shallow as possible during the manufacturing process. Due to the above-mentioned relationship of the radius of curvature, the distance between the decorative board 4 and the corner substrate 8 bonded in this manner is wider at both ends than at the center of the corner portion 1, so that the adhesive layer 5 is reliably formed. This eliminates the possibility of creating cavities like in conventional methods.

As mentioned above, in this invention, the gap between the corner board and the decorative board backed by the decorative board at the corner part is wider at both ends than at the center of the corner part, so the decorative board and the corner board are bonded together. By simply applying the adhesive to the center of the corner, the adhesive can be spread over the entire corner, eliminating the formation of cavities in the corner like in the past, and eliminating scratches when the decorative board breaks. It has the advantage of
