【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は長尺の表面板1と裏面板2とを適宜間
隔で対向させ、表面板1の両側端縁を全長に亘つ
て裏面側に湾曲せしめ、一方の湾曲部1aの端縁
を外方に向つて延出して雄実部3を形成するとと
もに他方の湾曲部1bの端縁と裏面板2との間に
雌実部4を形成し、表面板1と裏面板2との間に
形成された中空部5の長手方向の両端部に熱可塑
性合成樹脂を雌実部4近傍を除いて充填して成る
化粧板に係るものであり、化粧板同士を実嵌合に
て接合する場合において接合部に隙間が発生しな
いようにすることができる化粧板を提供すること

るという不都合があつた。このような不都合を解
消するために第2図に示すように表面板1と裏面
板2との間に形成される中空部5の長手方向の端
部に木材あるいは合板よりなる湾曲部1bの戻り
止め11を設けたものがあつた。しかしながら、
このような従来例にあつては湾曲部1bの経時的
な曲率変化は防止できるものの、雄実部3の厚み
と、雌実部4の開口巾との寸法精度が悪かつた場
合、やはり第3図に示すように実嵌合部に隙間1
2が発生するという問題があつた。本考案は上記

また中間シート9は弾性を有するため、表面板1
にクラツクが入り難いものであり、また表面板1

よつて雌実部の開口寸法を調整して実嵌合部に隙
間が発生しないようにすることができるという利
