Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated plate for mounting to perform simple and reliable mounting of the corner part of a building part by a method wherein an adhesive layer is formed on the back of a plate body in which a notch recessed groove is formed, and a belt-like pressure sensitive adhesive sheet crossing the recessed groove is arranged thereon. SOLUTION: Notch recessed grooves 2 and 2 formed in a V-shape in cross section are formed in the back of a plate body 1, having a surface on which decoration is applied, throughout the overall length of the plate body 1. An adhesive layer 3 is then formed on the approximate whole of the back of the plate body 1 containing the inner surface of the notch recessed groove 2, and belt-like pressure sensitive adhesion sheets 4... crossing the notch recessed groove 2 are stuck on the adhesive layer 3. A decorated plate for mounting is continuously securely fixed on both surfaces of a corner part with a recessed groove 2 part folded. In this case, since the plate body 1 is temporarily fixed on the surfaces on both sides of the corner part by the pressure sensitive adhesion sheets 4, the plate body 1 is held in a folded state and prevented from being peeled and reliably securely adhered after curing of the adhesive layer 3.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, the plate material main body 1 is bent and adhered and fixed by the adhesive layer 3. The bent state of the plate material main body 1 is hard to be maintained due to a restoring force, and therefore, the adhesive layer 3 is separated from the surface of the entrance frame 7 by the adhesive layer 3 until the adhesive layer 3 is hardened. It was easy to get lost. In order to prevent this, at the time of actual construction, until the adhesive layer 3 is cured,
The plate material body 1 is pressed against the entrance frame 7 with a jig or the like to maintain the bent state, and it takes time and effort for construction.

Further, in the decorative decorative board material of the present embodiment, the decorative surface layer 5 that covers the surface of the decorative board material 1 even when the plate material body 1 is bent is soft, so that the decorative surface layer 5 on the surface has cracks. It is hard to perform, and it can be finished with a good finished appearance. In addition, the two notch grooves 2 having a substantially V-shaped cross section having an apex angle of about 45 degrees can be closed and closed to bend the plate material body 1 to about 90 degrees. A chamfered portion 10 is formed on the front side of the device, so that a better appearance can be obtained. In addition, since the adhesive sheet 4 is also bonded and fixed by the adhesive layer 3 through a large number of through holes 6, the adhesive strength is improved. In addition, when the adhesive is fixed to the upper and front surfaces of the entrance frame 7 continuously, the plate material body 1 is temporarily fixed by a plurality of sticking sheets 4 along the width direction which are juxtaposed at appropriate intervals. The door frame 7 is securely adhered and fixed in the width direction and the longitudinal direction, and the entrance frame 7 can be easily and reliably remodeled.

As described above, in the decorative decorative panel material according to the first aspect of the present invention, the corner portion of the building member is formed by the band-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet intersecting the cutout groove until the adhesive layer is cured. Can be temporarily fixed to the surfaces on both sides of the sheet material, so that the bent state of the plate material main body is maintained and prevented from peeling off. Moreover, after the adhesive layer is cured, it can be adhesively fixed in a wide range. Therefore, it is securely adhered and fixed to the surface of the corner portion, so that it can be easily and reliably mounted by the same plate material body whose surface is decorated.
