- 一側面に並列に導出された３端子を有する樹脂
封止形半導体素子の製造に用いるリードフレーム
において、半導体チツプマウント部兼ヒートシン
クと一体に連なる端子が前記３端子のうちの左側
または右側に位置する端子であることを特徴とす
るリードフレーム。
