である。第４図は、第５図に示す従来の結晶成長
容器を用いて成長させた単結晶の石英ボート内で
の幅寸法の分布を示す図である。第５図は、従来
の結晶成長容器を示す垂直断面図である。 図において、１は石英管、２は石英ボート、３
はＧａＡｓ単結晶、４は架台、５は変形防止用枠
体、６はＧａＡｓ融液、７はＧａＡｓ種結晶、２
ａは種結晶保持部を示す。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原料融液を入れる容器を備え、該容器内で
前記原料融液を凝固して化合物半導体結晶を成長
させる結晶成長容器であつて、 前記容器よりも耐熱性に優れた材料からなる変
形防止用枠体を前記容器の外側に設けたことを特
徴とする、結晶成長容器。 (2) 前記変形防止用枠体がＰＢＮからなること
を特徴とする、請求項１記載の結晶成長容器。
