Conventionally, synthetic resin molded products have been molded one by one in a pair of molds 1 and 2, as shown in FIG. 1, and then supplied as a single unit to subsequent processes. Therefore, in post-processes such as assembly, a parts feeder must be used for each molded product to align the molded products, and molded products with complex shapes cannot be placed on the parts feeder, making it difficult to rely on human labor. This led to an increase in costs.

FIG. 2 shows an apparatus used in the injection molding method according to the invention. As shown in this figure, inside the molds 3 and 4, there is a mold part 9 in which the molded product main body 6 and the front part 7 and rear part 8, which are the connection parts between the molded products 5, are integrally molded. It is provided. A conveying pin 11 of a conveying device 10 is inserted into the mold portion 9 from the rear. 12 is a sprue, and 13 is an ejector pin for pushing up the molded product 5 from the mold portion 9. Between the molds 3 and 4 in front of the mold part 9,
There is a space to accommodate two molded products 5, 5, one front part 7 and the other rear part 8 of these molded products 5, 5.
A punch 14, which is biased downward by a spring 13, is provided above both to connect them. Outside the molds 3 and 4 in front of the punch 14, a continuous molded product 5' in which each front part 7 and each rear part 8 are connected to each other and is in a continuous state is taken out from between the molds 3 and 4. So, gear 15 and this gear 15
A support roller 16 for rotatably supporting the molded product continuous body 5' is installed between the molded product continuous body 5'. Further in front of these gears 15 and support rollers 16, there is provided a take-up reel (not shown) for winding up the continuous molded product 5' together with a conveyor belt (not shown) as shown by chain lines. There is.

Next, an injection molding method using the above apparatus will be explained. First, with the mold closed, molten resin flows into the mold, and a molded article 5 as shown in FIG. 3 is molded. The molded product 5, together with the molded product main body 6,
Front part 7 and rear part 8 which are connection parts with another molded product
are also integrally molded at the same time. The front part 7 has a convex part 17 formed on its lower surface, and the rear part 8 has a convex part 1 formed on its lower surface.
A hole 18 having a shape to fit with the hole 7 is formed. Although not shown in FIG. 3, the rear part 8 has a pilot hole 19 for taking out the molded product 5, as shown in FIG.
is also molded. As shown in FIG. 3, at the same time as the molded product 5 is formed, the connections between the molded products 5, 5 which have already been made in front of the molded product 5 are also made. next,
As shown in FIG. 4, when both the molds 3 and 4 are opened, the molded product 5 is ejected by the ejector pin 12. At this time, the rear part 8 of the molded product is in a state where it is supported by the conveying pins 11 of the conveying device 10, even when the molded product is being molded. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
1 and located in front of the mold part 9.
sent to another part within. At the same time, the molded product continuous body 5' is sent out (forward) by one molded product by the gear 15 shown in FIG. Note that the fed-out molded product continuous body 5' may be sent to a subsequent process as it is, or may be wound up on a reel or the like. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the molded product 5 sent to another part of the molds 3 and 4 is constantly urged upward by the spring 20 as the molds 3 and 4 begin to close. The conveyor pin 11 is supported by the molded product support block 21 which is located in the molded article support block 21, and thereby the conveyor pin 11 is retracted. Thereafter, the molds 3 and 4 are completely closed, as shown in FIG. A new molded product 5 is then molded by injection molding.

In the embodiment, the conveyor pin supports the rear part of the molded product, but the position where the molded product is supported by the conveyor pin is not limited to the above-mentioned locations. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, grooves 22 may be provided on both sides of the molded product body 6 to be supported by conveyor pins (not shown). However, the structure supported by the conveyance pin is not limited to the above structure, and may be a structure such as a pin hole.

In the example, the structure of the connection part of the molded product was such that the front part of the connection part had a convex part on its lower surface, and the rear part had a hole corresponding to the convex part. however,
It is not limited to this. For example, the 8th
As shown in the figure, a hole is formed in the front part 23 and the rear part 2
As shown in FIG. 9, a convex portion 26 on the lower surface of the front portion 25 is bulged downward, and corresponds to the convex portion 26 on the upper surface of the rear portion 27. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, there are structures in which a concave portion 28 is formed, and a hook structure that does not come off even if the front and rear parts are subjected to a force in a direction that separates them.

In the example, the connection portion was molded for each single molded product. However, as shown in FIG. 12, there are cases in which two molded products 29 are molded at once, and the connecting portions are formed only at the front part 30 and rear part 31 of the two-cavity molded product. In a multi-cavity molded product, the connecting portions may be formed only at the front and rear parts.

As described above, the injection molding method according to the present invention includes the step of integrally injection molding the main body of the molded product and the front and rear parts that serve as the connection between the molded products, and The molded product is then sent to another part of the mold, and the connected parts of the molded product are connected to each other in the other part of the mold. Since the parts are removed from the mold in the post-process, parts feeders are not used or the molded product is packed in bags, which reduces the cost increase during the post-process. This has the effect of not causing deformation or damage to the product. Moreover, the effect of easier management is also brought about. Furthermore, when removing a defective molded product, it can be easily removed by simply disconnecting it from other molded products, so compared to melt-connected molding of molded products using integral molding, inclusive molding, etc., it requires no effort at all. It also brings about effects.
