Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrain higher cost in a later process, to prevent deformation and damage from occuring in a molded ariticle under the easy control by providing a process of molding main bodies and their joints parts in one body, a process of transferring a molded article obtained by this process to another position in the mold and a process of joining these joints to each other. CONSTITUTION:The mold parts 9 by which the molded article body 6, the front joint part 7 and the rear joint part 8 of the molded article 5 are molded in one body are provided in the molds 3, 4. In order to take out the joined molded article 5' composed of the front part 7 and the rear part 8 from between the molds 3, 4 the gear 15 and the support roller 6 which supports rotatively the before-mentioned joined molded articles tohhether with the gear 15 are provided on the outside of the molds 3, 4 in front of the punch 14. At the same time that the molded article 5 is made, the molded articles 5, 5 that have already been molded are joined to each other in front of the molded article 5. The molded article 5 is supported by the stretched transfer pin 11 and transferred to the different section in the molds 3, 4 in front of mold 9.

Conventionally, synthetic resin molded products have been molded one by one in a pair of molds 1 and 2, as shown in FIG. 1, and then supplied as a single unit to subsequent processes. Therefore, in post-processes such as assembly, it is necessary to use a parts feeder for each molded product because it is necessary to align the molded products, and molded products with complex shapes cannot be placed on the parts feeder. The need to rely on human labor led to increased costs.

FIG. 2 shows an apparatus used in the transfer molding method according to the present invention. As shown in this figure, inside the molds 3 and 4, there is a mold part 9 in which the molded product main body 6 and the front part 7 and rear part 8, which are the connection parts between the molded products 5, are integrally molded. It is provided. A conveying pin 11 of a conveying device 10 is inserted into the mold section 9 from the rear. 12 is a sprue, and 13 is an ejector bin for pushing up the molded product 5 from the mold section 9. Between the molds 3.4 in front of the mold part 9, there is a space for storing two molded products 5.5.
5 to connect one front part 7 and the other rear part 8,
A punch 14 biased downward by a spring 13 is provided above both. Mold 3 in front of punch 14
, 4 is provided with a gear 15 on the outside so that the continuous molded product 5', in which each front part 7 and each rear part 8 are connected to each other and is in a continuous state, is taken out from between the molds 3 and 4. A support roller 16 for rotatably supporting the molded product continuous body 5' is installed between the molded product continuous body 5'. Further in front of these gears 15 and support rollers 16, the molded product continuous body 5' is placed.
Along with a conveyor belt (not shown), a take-up reel (not shown) for winding is provided as shown by a chain line.

Next, an injection molding method using the above apparatus will be explained. First, with the mold closed, molten resin flows into the mold,
A molded article 5 as shown in FIG. 3 is molded. The molded product 5 is integrally molded together with the molded product main body 6 as well as the front portion 7 and the rear portion 8 which serve as connecting portions to another molded product. Front part 7
has a protrusion 17 formed on its lower surface, and a hole 18 shaped to fit into the protrusion 17 is formed in the rear part 8. Although not shown in FIG. 3, a pilot hole 19 for taking out the molded product 5 is also formed in the rear part 8, as shown in FIG. 7(a). As shown in FIG. 3, at the same time as the molded product 5 is formed, the connections between the molded products 5, 5 which have already been made in front of the molded product 5 are also made.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, when both the molds 3 and 4 are opened, the molded product 5 is ejected by the ejector pin 12. At this time, the rear part 8 of the molded product has been supported by the transport pin 11 of the transport bag W1o since the time of molding the molded product. Therefore, as shown in Figure 5, the molded product 5 after molding
is supported by the extended conveying pin 11 and sent to another part in the molds 3 and 4 in front of the mold part 9. At the same time, the molded product continuous body 5' is sent out (forward) by one molded product by the gear 15 shown in FIG.

Note that the fed-out molded product continuous body 5' may be sent to a subsequent process as it is, or may be wound up on a reel or the like. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the molded product 5 sent to another part of the mold 3.4 is constantly urged upward by the spring 2o as the mold 3.4 begins to close. The molded product support block 21 supports the conveyor pin 11.
retreats. Thereafter, the mold 3.4 is completely closed, as shown in FIG. A new molded product 5 is then molded by injection molding.

In the embodiment, the conveyance pin supported the rear part of the molded product, but the position where the molded product is supported by the conveyance pin is not limited to the above-mentioned locations. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, grooves 22 may be provided on both sides of the molded product body 6 to be supported by conveyor pins (not shown). However, the structure supported by the conveyance pin is not limited to the above structure, and may be a structure such as a pin hole.

In the example, the structure of the connection part of the molded product was such that the front part of the connection part had a convex part on its lower surface, and the rear part had a hole corresponding to the convex part. However, it is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a hole is formed in the front part 23 and a convex part is formed on the upper surface of the rear part 24, and as shown in FIG. The structure has a concave portion 28 corresponding to the convex portion 26 formed on the upper surface of the rear portion 27, and the direction in which the front portion and the rear portion are separated, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. There is a hook structure that does not come off even when subjected to force.

実施例では、接続部が成形品単体毎に成形されていた。In the example, the connection portion was molded for each single molded product.

However, as shown in FIG. 12, there are cases in which two molded products 29 are molded at once, and the connecting portions are formed only at the front part 30 and rear part 31 of the two-cavity molded product. In a multi-cavity molded product, the connecting portions may be formed only at the front and rear parts.

As described above, the injection molding method according to the present invention includes a step of integrally injection molding the main body of the molded product and the front and rear parts that serve as the connection between the molded products, and the process of integrally injection molding the main body of the molded product and the front and rear parts that serve as the connection between the molded products. The process involves sending the molded product to other parts of the mold and connecting the joints of the molded products, so that the molded products can be taken out of the mold in a connected state. As a result, parts feeders are not used or molded products are packed in bags in the post-process, which reduces the cost increase that occurs during the post-process and prevents deformation or damage to the molded product. effect is brought about. Moreover, the effect of easier management is also brought about. Furthermore, if you want to remove a defective molded product, you can simply remove it by disconnecting it from other molded products.
Compared to melt-connected molding of molded products by integral molding, inclusive molding, etc., it also has the effect of requiring no effort at all.
