Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrain higher cost generated in a later process, to prevent a molded article from being deformed and damage under the easier control by loading molded articles on a conveyor to carry the molded articles from the inner part of a mold to the outer part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The conveyor 18 has the pilot holes 19 to engage with the sprockets of the gear 15 and the holes 23 to engage with the dent 17 provided on the lower surface of the joint part 7 of the molded article at fixed intervals in the advancing direction. The joint 7 of the molded article is connected with the conveyor 18 so that the dent 17 is inseted into the before-mentioned hole 23. Since the molded articles can be taken out of the mold as the molded article is set to the coneyor, the use of the part feeder and the bagging of the molded articles are not executed in a later process. Therefore, the higher cost in the later process can be restrained and the molded article is prevented from being deformed and damaged.

Conventionally, synthetic resin molded products have been molded one by one in a pair of molds 1 and 2, as shown in FIG. 1, and then supplied as a single unit to subsequent processes. Therefore, in post-processes such as assembly, it is necessary to use a parts feeder for each molded product in order to align the molded products, and molded products with complex shapes should not be placed on the parts feeder. As a result, it had to rely on human labor, which led to an increase in costs.

Next, an injection molding method using the above apparatus will be explained. First, with the mold closed, molten resin flows into the mold,
A molded article 5 as shown in FIG. 3 is molded. The molded product 5, together with the molded product main body 6, has a connecting portion 7 with the conveyed material 18. The pin fixing portion 8 and the tip of the conveying pin 11 are also integrally molded at the same time. The connecting portion 7 has a convex portion 17 formed on its lower surface. Simultaneously with the molding of the molded product 5, the already formed molded product 5 and the conveyed material 18 are connected in front of the molded product 5.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, when both the molds 3 and 4 are opened, the molded product 5 is ejected by the ejector bin 13. At this time, the molded product pin fixing portion 8 is The conveying pin 11 of the conveying device IO has been in a fixed state for a long time. Therefore, as shown in FIG. The molded products 5, 5 on the conveyed material 1s are sent to another part in the front molds 3, 4. At the same time, the molded products 5, 5 on the conveyed material 1s are moved by the gear 15 shown in FIG. By moving the conveyance material 18, one molded product is sent out in the mold direction (forward). The molded products 5 that are being sent out may be sent to the subsequent process as they are, or
It may also be wound on a reel. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the molded product 5 sent to another part of the molds 3 and 4 is constantly urged upward by the spring 20 as the molds 3 and 4 begin to close. The conveyor pin 11 is supported by the molded article support block 21 which is located at the molded article support block 21, thereby causing the conveyor pin 11 to retreat.

In the embodiment, the conveyance pin supported the rear part of the molded product, but the position where the molded product is supported by the conveyance pin is not limited to the above-mentioned locations. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, grooves 22 may be provided on both sides of the molded product body 6 to be supported by conveying pins (not shown). However, the structure supported by the conveyance pin is not limited to the above structure, and may be a structure such as a pin hole.

In the example, the structure in which the molded product is attached to the conveying material is as follows:
The structure was such that the molded product connection portion had a convex portion on its lower surface, and the conveying material had a hole corresponding to the convex portion. However, it is not limited to this. For example, as seen in FIG. 8 (al), a convex portion 24' on the lower surface of the connecting portion 24 is swollen downward, and a concave portion 26 corresponding to the convex portion 24' is formed on the upper surface of the conveyed material 25. In the example, the connection portion was formed for each molded unit. However, as shown in FIG. 9, there are cases in which four molded products 31 are molded at once, and the connection part 32 with the conveying material 33 is formed only in the middle part of the four molded products. A connection portion may be formed in a multi-piece molded product that is molded in large numbers, and the structure in which the molded product is attached to the conveyed material is not limited to the above-mentioned fitting structure. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, a conveyed material 35 coated with an adhesive 34
A structure on which the molded product 36 is adhered, or a structure in which the molded product 36 is fitted into the recess 38 of a conveyor 37 provided with a recess 38 corresponding to the shape of the molded product 36, as shown in FIG. etc. is fine. Alternatively, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to provide a conveying material 40 that is conveyed in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the material 6 is conveyed.

As described above, the injection molding method according to the present invention includes a step of injection molding a molded product in a pair of molds, and a step of sending the molded product obtained by this step to another part of the mold. This is an injection molding method in which the molded product is attached to a carrier material that transports the molded product from inside the mold to the outside of the mold. Because it is designed to be taken out, in the subsequent process,
Since a parts feeder is not used and the molded product is not packed in bags, it is possible to suppress the increase in cost that occurs during post-processing, and there is an effect that the molded product is not deformed or damaged. Moreover, the effect of easier management is also brought about. Furthermore, when removing a defective molded product, it can be easily removed by simply disconnecting it from the conveyed material, so compared to melt-connected molding of molded products using integral molding, inclusive molding, etc., it has the effect of requiring no effort at all. It is brought about.
