Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 振動被監視体に装着された加速度センサと
、この加速度センサの出力信号から所要の周波成
分の信号を弁別するフイルタと、この弁別された
所要周波数の振動成分の大きさを弁別するコンパ
レータと、加速度センサによつて検出された信号
に基づき、振動のピーク値を検出するピーク検出
部と、ピーク検出部で検出されたピーク値をデイ
ジタル信号に変換するデイジタル・アナログ変換
部と、前記コンパレータの出力信号およびデイジ
タル・アナログ変換部の出力信号に、各信号が発
生された日時のデータを付加して、加速度センサ
に加えられた振動の履歴データを、成生させると
ともに、その履歴データを、所要のデータ記憶媒
体に記憶させる履歴データ記録部とを備えてなる
振動監視装置。 (2) フイルタが、振動被監視体の常規振動成分
を減衰して、常規振動よりも高い周波数を通過さ
せるハイパスフイルタである請求項(1)記載の振
動監視装置。 (3) フイルタが、振動被監視体の異常振動周波
数を通過させるバンドパスフイルタである請求項
(1)記載の振動監視装置。 (4) ピーク値検出部が、常規振動と異常振動の
両方のピーク値を検出しうるものである請求項(1
)乃至(3)のいずれかに記載の振動監視装置。 (5) ピーク値検出部が、異常振動成分のピーク
