子回路モジユールの一部を切欠した斜視図である
。 図中、１１，１１′は金属板としてのモジユー
ル基板、１２，１２′は絶縁層、１３，１３′は
導体パターン、１４ａ，１４′ａは鍔部、１４，
１４′は凹窪部、１７，１７′，２７，２７′，
３７，３７′はモジユール部材、１８，２８，３
８は封止部である。

Claims (1)
- 金属板の一方の面上に絶縁層を形成し、この絶
縁層上に導体パターンを形成し、さらにこの導体
パターンに電子部品を接続した回路構成の回路基
板を形成し、この回路基板の周辺部を残した部分
を凹窪部に形成して鍔部を有する箱状のモジユー
ル部材を形成し、このモジユール部材を上記回路
構成を異ならせて一対形成し、各モジユール部材
の回路の端子を回路基板と絶縁して外部に導出し
、上記一対のモジユール部材の上記鍔部を接合し
て封止したことを特徴とする電子回路モジユール
。
