Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本願発明は、光標識及び光広告方法に関する。
［背景技術］ 原色で描いた物を、別の原色の光だけにさらすと、暗く
見え、白で描いた物は、その上に光線の色彩が、そのま
ま出ることは、色彩科学では、周知の現象である。この
ため、２色の原色を、青（または緑）で照らすと、赤を
、たとえば、黒と識別することは、はぼ不可能である。
（この明細書では、「赤、青及び緑」の用語は、純粋の
原色をさす）　同様に、赤い光線だけに当てた白から、
赤を識別することも不可能である。
［発明の開示］ この現象を用いて、２種の（または３種の）原色光光線
を出す機構を、同一の原色と、白と、黒とのみで描かれ
た絵と組み合わせ、この絵に、度に一回、光源を順次当
てることにより、２つの（または３つの）独立したパタ
ーン（この明細書では、「パターン」という用語は、明
る７いもしくは暗い色でまたはいかなる明度の灰色で表
わしたすべての区域、装飾、書体または絵を、表わし、
光線は、後述するいずれの原色でもよい）を描くことが
できる。こうすると、同一の背景部分に、いくつかの独
立したパターンを作り出すことができる。
個々のパターンの独立性（後に説明する）を用いて、あ
たかもパターンが動いているかのような幻覚をもたらせ
る。
特許請求の範囲における記載でもっとも特徴的なパター
ンの独立性をもたらすために、次のようにする。
簡単なケースでは、同じフレーム（ｆｒａ＋ａｅｌるが
、後に独立性は喪失する）が、必要である。
［実施例］ 第１図に示すような２つのパターンを自由に描き、はぼ
真っ黒な背景を用いて、この背景に青の着色で第１のパ
ターンを描き、次いで、第２のパターンを赤の着色で描
く、そして、２つのパターンの共通区域（２つのパター
ンが、互いに重なり合う交差区域）を、第２図に示すよ
うに、白で着色する。この絵を、青の光線にのみに当て
ると、第１のパターンは、明るく見え、一方、第２のパ
ターンは、黒の背景に溶は込んでしまう、もし、赤の光
線に変えると、第２のパターンだけが、見えることにな
る。
本願発明を用いて、絵が動いているように見える例につ
いて、説明する。
黒の背景に、体が白く、上方の一対が赤で、下方のもう
一対が青の対の翼を持つ、鳥を描くとする。この絵を、
青と赤の光線に同時さらすと、鳥が飛んでいるように見
える。
いろいろな明度の灰色を、所望のパターンに、自由に含
ませてよく、青、または赤のいずれかに適当な明度の灰
色を適当に混ぜ、赤と青の２色の光線に異なる明度、ま
たは両方の光線に同じ明度の灰色のみをもたらして１区
域に色付けできる。
パターンが三つの場合は、２色に灰色を混合することが
好ましい。
いくつかの原色で別々のパターンを描（という本願発明
の基本的な考えに、たとえば２次のようないくつかの修
正を加えてもよい。
（１）パターン間の変転を、光線の色彩を徐々に変化さ
せることにより、穏やかなものにする。
（２）パターンの変化を、周期的なものまたはたった一
度にする。
（３）パターン間の変転が、音声または手動制御等の外
部的な刺激により始まるようにする。
（４）トリガ機構に、遅延タイマを組み込みいろいろな
遅れ動作をできるようにする。
本願発明は、宣伝広告を基本的目的とするものであるが
、劇場、映画館、教育、警報、表示標識等、広範な範囲
の応用分野を持つことは、明らかである。

第１図は、本願発明による２つのパターンの例示を示す
平面図であり、第２図は、第１２図に示したパターンを
背景図と組み合わせた例示の平面図とカラーコードとを

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）共通の着色区域に、２原色のいづれかの光線の色
    彩を順次当てる機構と、同じ２種の原色と白と黒とのみ
    で着色した絵とを組み合わせることにより、２つの独立
    したパターンを、その共通着色区域で見えなくした区域
    と、明暗の２つの独立したパターンを作り出す方法。
  2. （２）請求項第１項で、２種の原色の光線と着色と用い
    たのと同様な方法で、３種の原色を用いて、３種の独立
    したパターンを作り出す方法。
  3. （３）光線の色彩を変化させるとき、光線を徐々に変化
    させることにより、パターン間に穏やかな変移をもたら
    す、請求項１項または第２項に記載の複数のパターンを
    作り出す方法。
  4. （４）複数のパターンを周期的に繰り返す、請求項第１
    項、第２項または第３項のいずれかに記載の複数のパタ
    ーンを作り出す方法。
  5. （５）パターンの変化が、音声、その他の要因により制
    御される始動機構により始まる、請求項第１項、第２項
    または第３項のいずれかに記載の複数のパターンを作り
    出す方法。
  6. （６）パターンの変化が、始まる前に、時間遅れを入れ
    た、請求項第５項に記載の複数のパターンを作り出す方
    法。
