Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車室内の温度を設定する温度設定器と、少なく
    とも前記温度設定器で設定された温度と車室内温
    度とに基づいてエアミツクスドアの位置を制御す
    るエアミツクスドア制御手段及び送風機の回転速
    度を制御する送風機制御手段とを有する自動車用
    空調装置の制御装置において、 車室内の熱負荷を少なくとも外気温度に基づい
    て演算する熱負荷演算手段と、 前記温度設定器により設定温度が最大または最
    小に設定されたか否かを判定する第１の判定手段
    と、 設定温度が最大または最小に設定されたと前記
    第１の判定手段で判定された場合に、前記熱負荷
    演算手段の熱負荷が所定の冷暖房負荷以上である
    か否かを判定する第２の判定手段と、 この第２の判定手段により車室内の熱負荷が前
    記所定の冷暖房負荷以上であると判定された場合
    に、前記エアミツクスドアをフルヒート位置また
    はフルクール位置に固定する第１の作動制限手段
    及び前記送風機の回転速度を最大とする第２の作
    動制限手段と、 を設けたことを特徴とする自動車用空調装置の
    制御装置。
