図において、１は計算機の主記憶装置、２は被
計測データ、３は計測データ変更命令、４はデー
タ再設定用プログラム、５は計測装置、６はメモ
リアドレス部、７は次命令、８は再設定要求命令
、９はサーチアドレスレジスタ、１０はアドレス
一致検出部、１１はアドレス一致割込み応答アド
レスである。なお、各図中同一符号は同一または
相当部分を示す。
