してマトリツクス状に配設し、前記発光ダイオー
ドの発光出力側表示面の周囲に遮光板を前記発光
ダイオードの前端よりも前方に配設した発光ダイ
オード表示器において、前記透明レンズ内の中央
部に発光効率の高い発光ダイオードチツプを配設
し、前記発光効率の高い発光ダイオードチツプの
周辺部に前記発光効率の高い発光ダイオードチツ
プよりも発光効率の低い発光ダイオードチツプを
複数配設して前記発光効率の低い発光ダイオード
チツプを並列接続するとともに前記発光効率の高
い発光ダイオードチツプと直列接続したことを特
