    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 接地、出力端子及び最低負電圧が印加される入
    力端子と、接地−出力端子間に直列挿入した第１
    、第２分圧負荷抵抗と、温度特性補償回路を含み
    、入力電圧を基準としたバンドギヤツプ回路から
    なる定電流源と、接地電圧を基準として上記定電
    流源により駆動され、出力側を上記第１、第２分
    圧負荷抵抗の分圧点に接続した定電圧源とを具備
    したことを特徴とする負出力電圧安定化電源回路
    。
