Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
化学繊維の製造方法は沢山あるが中でも広く行われてい
るのは湿式紡糸法と云われる方法である。この方法は一
般衆知の如く先ず原料の物質を薬品その他で溶解して紡
糸原液を作りこれを細い口より凝固液と呼ばれる液体の
中に押し出して固めて糸とするのであるが出来た瞬間の
磁維岐単純なものであるから一般にこれに熱処理したり
、機械操作をしたりして、ふっくらした化学繊維にして
いる。これをケンシュクと云っている。けれ共このケン
シュクの効果は後天的なものであるから天然のものに及
ばないことが多い。これに対して本発明においては出来
るのと同時に複錐な凹凸その他の微細構造を先天的に持
つようにして天然物に近寄せたものである。

発明の効果
本発明の方法は凝固液中に紡糸原液を入れて行く時に、
凝固液中に音波、超音波、その他の波を導入しておきそ
の中え紡糸原液を小さな口より入れて行くわけである。

波の波長、強さ等は製造する糸の質、出来上りの目的に
よって異なるから大工業製造に入る前にどの波の波長、
強さ、状態が適しているかをあらかじめ測定しておく。

これは薬品の処方と同じで、どの病にどの薬をどの位用
いるかけ医師がその都度決定するのと同じで特許の対照
にはならないように一応見えるけれども、これをして理
想の波の決定をする。そして理想の波長、強さの波の上
に紡糸原液を入れていくと目的の糸カζ出来る。この波
の上に紡糸原液を入れて行くと云うことが本発明の本質
である。

Claims (1)
- １、湿式紡糸法により糸を作る際に凝固液中に超音波、
音波、その他の波を導入しておいて、そこえ紡糸原液を
少量づつ細い管より入れていつて製造することにより糸
に微細な凹凸や、その他の構造を生ぜしめそれを用いて
作つた布、生地等が保温力、美感、快感を生じるように
する方法。
