できるカウンタ、最小マイクロステツプ数を設定
できるカウンタとマイクロプログラムの処理シー
ケンスが上記設定マイクロステツプ数以外費やし
た時、異常を表示するためのドライバ及び表示器
を付加することによつて、マイクロプログラムの
異常処理シーケンスが発生した場合、外部に表示
