    ツタ軸と、 前記フレージングカツタ軸及びシエービングカ
    ツタ軸を回転可能に支持しており、フレージング
    カツタがワークに噛合し且つシエービングカツタ
    がワークから離れるように、あるいは、フレージ
    ングカツタがワークから離れ且つシエービングカ
    ツタがワークに噛合するように、フレージングカ
    ツタ軸及びシエービングカツタ軸をワーク軸に対
    して移動させる移動体と、 回転数可変な単一の回転駆動手段と、 該回転駆動手段からの回転を前記フレージング
    カツタ軸及びシエービングカツタ軸に同時に伝達
    する同期手段と、を含み、 前記移動体がフレージングカツタ軸及びシエー
